Pashinyan, officials visit Genocide Memorial![]() April 24, 2025 - 13:59 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, accompanied by President Vahagn Khachaturyan, National Assembly Speaker Alen Simonyan, and other senior officials, visited the Tsitsernakaberd Memorial on the 110th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide to pay tribute to the 1.5 million victims of the tragedy. Pashinyan laid a wreath at the monument and placed flowers at the Eternal Flame, which honors the memory of the genocide victims. Following the commemoration, the country’s leadership visited the Armenian Genocide Museum-Institute, where a new temporary exhibition titled “Documenting the Crime: Eyewitness Recorders of the Armenian Genocide” was opened in observance of the 110th anniversary. ![]() ![]() Grigoryan added that the situation around the world and particularly in the region is very difficult. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan took to social media to thank his Lithuanian counterpart for the contribution.
