PanARMENIAN.Net - Since 2017, the Soldier Insurance Foundation has provided compensation to 5,491 servicemen and their family members, covering approximately 14,000 individuals, with a total payout of 113.6 billion drams. This information was shared during the foundation’s annual press conference by its director, Karine Sargsyan.

"By the first quarter of 2025, only nine cases have been recorded. For comparison, unfortunately, during the first quarter of 2024, we registered 147 cases, mostly linked to the escalation in Artsakh in September 2023," she stated, according to Sputnik Armenia.

Sargsyan explained that during this period, the Zinapah Foundation's resources totaled 237 billion drams: 197 billion drams came from mandatory stamp duties, 28 billion drams from asset management, and the remaining 13 billion drams were collected through donations.

The foundation’s financial inflows grew by 11 percent by the end of 2024.

Between 2017 and 2024, the foundation compensated 5,345 servicemen and their families, totaling around 12,500 people, with a cumulative amount of 91.5 billion drams.
