"These elections are extremely important for each resident of Yerevan. I have big expectations, too," he said, pledging honest activities if elected. "The election process started on time and no violations have been fixed yet," Hayk Gevorgyan, an observer from Avet NGO, told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter. As of 11 am, 90 450 voters (11, 92%) have already performed their civil duty.
