"We met with José Rodrigo Domínguez, President of the Madrid Regional Public Transport Consortium and Advisor on Housing, Transport, and Infrastructure for the Madrid Municipality. The Madrid Transport Consortium oversees all public transport in the city, setting fares, routes, and schedules. We are discussing top practices in public transport governance, with a focus on implementing smart technologies, mobile applications, and cashless payment systems. The center also monitors the quality of public transport services," a statement reads. Yerevan has dismissed Turkey’s demand to shut down the Armenian nuclear power plant as “inappropriate”. Armenia will loan 2.9 billion drams to Nagorno Karabakh (Artsakh), according to a draft government decision. The Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of Azerbaijan has “strongly condemned” Armenia’s decision.
