"RA and Azeri Leaders' arrival to St. Petersburg to participate in a forum will allow them to once again discuss current situation. The important thing is that the parties demonstrate their readiness to a dialogue and acknowledge Russia's role of intermediary in NKR issue," Timakova emphasized.
