  Armenia's president entitles diplomatic ranks to AmbassadorsJune 3, 2009 - 13:17 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan issued a decree to entitle the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Chili, Uruguay and Argentine Vladimir Karmishalyan the diplomatic rank of the RA Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary. According to the same decree, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Poland, Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia Ashot Galoyan was entitled the diplomatic rank of the RA Envoy Extraordinary and minister plenipotentiary.
