Аrmenia denies agreeing to any ‘corridor’ arrangement

PanARMENIAN.Net - Prime Minister’s spokesperson Nazeli Baghdasaryan stated that all circulating claims suggesting Armenia has agreed or will agree to the so-called “corridor” arrangements are entirely false. She made the statement in a post on her official Facebook page.

“All assertions and publications alleging that Armenia has agreed, agrees, or will agree to ‘corridor’ solutions simply do not correspond to reality. The Republic of Armenia’s position has been presented clearly and without room for misinterpretation by Prime Minister Pashinyan during his press conference on July 16 of this year. There can be no discussion of any alternative logic,” her post reads.

On August 8, U.S. President Donald Trump will host Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev at the White House. Separate meetings will be followed by a trilateral session. Trump has stated that Pashinyan and Aliyev will formally sign a peace agreement, along with other documents.
