The document reflects the character of Russia's national priorities and the principles that will serve for the country as a guideline towards achieving its goals. Russia's national strategy priorities include assistance to strategic stability and equal partnership based on principles of mutually beneficial cooperation among states in compliance with international law. Russia intends to conduct rational and practical international policy in compliance with international law. Such policy will include cost-based confrontation, including a new armament race, development of anti-terrorist cooperation and participation in conflict settlement processes, the Kremlin press service reports. ![]() ![]() Azerbaijani authorities report that they have already resettled 3,000 people in the Nagorno-Karabakh town of Stepanakert.
