Iranian president to visit Armenia Aug 18-21

PanARMENIAN.Net - On August 19, a business forum will be held in Yerevan as part of Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian’s official visit to Armenia scheduled for August 18-21, the Armenian Ministry of Economy reported.

Representatives from Iran’s industry, road construction, agriculture, supply, pharmaceuticals, engineering services, and light industry sectors have expressed readiness to take part in the event.

Earlier, responding to a question about the recently signed agreement at the White House concerning the so-called “Zangezur Corridor” between the leaders of Armenia and Azerbaijan, Pezeshkian said the corridor was not as described in exaggerated media reports. He added that “Iran’s demands have been met.”
