 Three Armenia players exempted from military service August 14, 2025 - 14:30 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenia’s national football team members Albert Khachumyan, Karen Melkonyan, and Arsen Sadoyan have been exempted from compulsory military service. The decision was adopted during a cabinet session, with the matter listed among those not publicly reported. According to the justification, releasing the players from regular mandatory service will not significantly increase or decrease state budget revenues or expenditures.
