  National Security Council Secretary to visit France September 3, 2025 - 15:50 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armen Grigoryan, Secretary of Armenia’s Security Council, will depart for Paris, France, on September 4 for a working visit. “Working meetings are scheduled during the visit,” the Security Council’s office said in a statement. Earlier, Grigoryan had visited Iran, where he presented the documents signed on August 8 in the U.S. to Ali Larijani, Secretary of Iran’s Supreme National Security Council. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan took to social media to thank his Lithuanian counterpart for the contribution.
