François Rochebloine: Right of nations to self-determination is off the docket.

PanARMENIAN.Net - Mr. François Rochebloine, Chairman of the France-Armenia Parliamentary Friendship Group of the National Assembly of France is in Nagorno Karabakh Republic at the moment. As press secretary of the NKR Parliament Mikhail Ajian told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter, the meeting of François Rochebloine and NKR NA speaker Ashot Gulyan already took place, followed by the speech of the French parliamentarian for the audience of NKR deputies. Right of nations to self-determination is a basic principle and is off the docket, stressed François Rochebloine in his speech.



"Although it can modify subject to geopolitical and other realm, but that right can't be ignored and become secondary after the principal of territorial integrity. There is no nation without land, territory and the short history of NKR has proved it," François Rochebloine said .



Meeting of the French deputy with Archbishop Pargev Martirossian, Primate of Armenian Apostolic Church Artsakh Diocese is scheduled during a the three-day visit of François Rochebloine. Mr. Rochebloine will probably visit NKR defense army and meet NKR President Bako Sahakyan on June 9.
