According to Musinyan, ANC made an official statement on refusing from their mandates in the Yerevan City Council, since regards the elections of May 31, 2009 as illegitimate and falsified. Decision of ANC to refuse from mandates in the Yerevan City Council is not subject to change, ANC press secretary says. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire.
