U.S. embassy: Armenia becoming regional tech hub

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenia is transforming into a regional technology center thanks to partnerships involving innovation companies Firebird and NVIDIA, the U.S. Embassy in Yerevan announced.

Brendan Hanrahan, Director of the U.S. State Department’s Bureau of European and Eurasian Affairs, held a productive working lunch with Armenian officials and representatives of Firebird and NVIDIA, both actively operating in Armenia.

“With the signing of a memorandum on August 8 on innovative cooperation in AI and semiconductors, the U.S. government is deepening its cooperation with Armenia,” the statement read.
