The new NATO strategy, according to him, envisages the formation of a "group of wise men" consisting of 12 members. North Atlantic Alliance would like Turkey to be represented in the group as one of the oldest state parties to the political-military bloc, which has the second largest army after US, RIA Novosti reports.
