Armenia sees over 334,000 tourists in August

PanARMENIAN.Net - In August 2025, 334,396 tourists visited Armenia, according to the Tourism Committee of the Ministry of Economy.

This marks an increase compared to August 2024, when the country welcomed 300,919 tourists.

Between January and August 2025, most tourist visits to Armenia came from Russia (41%), Georgia (13%), and Iran (8%).

Earlier, Economy Minister Gevorg Papoyan wrote on Facebook that August once again set a new tourism record, with an increase of 33,477 visitors — or +11.1% — compared to the same period last year.
