Armenian MP to attend PACE meetings in Turkey![]() September 19, 2025 - 12:47 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armen Gevorgyan, a member of the Hayastan faction and part of the Armenian delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE), will be on an official trip to the Republic of Turkey from October 8 to 11. He will visit the city of Gaziantep, according to a decree signed by the Speaker of Armenia’s National Assembly. Gevorgyan will participate in the next session of the PACE Parliamentary Network for a Healthy Environment and in meetings of the Sub-Committee on the Europe Prize, which operates within the Committee on Social Affairs, Health and Sustainable Development. Grigoryan added that the situation around the world and particularly in the region is very difficult. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan took to social media to thank his Lithuanian counterpart for the contribution.
