Putin, Pashinyan to hold separate meeting in Moscow![]() September 25, 2025 - 19:04 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Russian President Vladimir Putin will hold a meeting on September 25 with Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, who has arrived in Moscow to attend the Global Atomic Summit, RIA Novosti reported. Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov earlier stated that Putin’s schedule includes a series of bilateral talks in Moscow. “Bilateral meetings: Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan,” the announcement read. Putin is also expected to deliver a speech at the Global Atomic Summit, held as part of International Atomic Week in Moscow. Earlier, it was reported that Pashinyan had arrived in Russia on a working visit. At Moscow’s Vnukovo Airport, he was welcomed by Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Dmitry Lyubinsky. Alongside Pashinyan, other summit participants include Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko, Myanmar’s acting president Myint Swe, Ethiopian Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed, IAEA Director General Rafael Grossi, as well as delegations from Iran, Uzbekistan, Egypt, Niger, and several specialized organizations. Grigoryan added that the situation around the world and particularly in the region is very difficult. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan took to social media to thank his Lithuanian counterpart for the contribution.
