Turkish minister shares details on meeting with Torosyan![]() October 1, 2025 - 16:50 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Turkey’s Minister of Family and Social Services, Mahinur Özdemir Göktaş, shared details on her meeting with Armenian Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Arsen Torosyan, held on the sidelines of the RISE 2025 conference in Belgrade. “As part of the Women’s Conference in Belgrade, we met with Mr. Arsen Torosyan, Armenia’s Minister of Labor and Social Affairs. We discussed current projects in the field of social services and evaluated our efforts to expand their scope and improve their quality,” Göktaş wrote on X, as reported by Factor.am . She added that they remain committed to working decisively on women’s empowerment, family welfare, and children’s future through international partnerships. Torosyan had previously shared news of the meeting. The foreign ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan, Ararat Mirzoyan and Jeyhun Bayramov, have arrived in Washington.
