October 2, 2025 - 15:22 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Ahead of the European Political Community summit in Copenhagen, Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama joked with French President Emmanuel Macron, recalling statements made by U.S. President Donald Trump. “Won’t you congratulate me and Aliyev — Trump has ended our ‘conflict’,” Rama said. He then stressed the importance of the progress achieved in the peace process between Armenia and Azerbaijan. “This is a serious matter. We were waiting for this. It is happening thanks to the excellent leadership of the two states’ leaders and the efforts of the U.S. president. This is a great achievement,” Rama said.
