  Grigoryan to represent Armenia at major international conferences October 24, 2025 - 17:37 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - An official Armenian delegation led by Secretary of the Security Council Armen Grigoryan will visit Bahrain and Belgium from October 30 to November 3 to participate in international conferences, according to a decree signed by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan. In Bahrain, the delegation will attend the Manama Dialogue, and in Belgium, they will take part in a conference titled “Crossroads of Peace.” The delegation includes Grigoryan’s assistant Sevak Ghahramanyan and advisors Mikael Avetisyan and Konstantin Ghazaryan. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan took to social media to thank his Lithuanian counterpart for the contribution.
