  Armenia ready for talks with Ankara without preconditionsJune 11, 2009 - 12:41 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Turkish Foreign Minister's statement on soonest normalization of Armenian-Turkish relations was welcome, Armenian senior official said. "But these are merely statements while our position is unchangeable: we are ready for talks without preconditions," RA Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian said when responding to a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter's question during today's press conference. Turkish Foreign Minister said earlier in Washington that his country intends to build normal relations with Armenia within shortest terms.
