Armenia ready for talks with Ankara without preconditionsJune 11, 2009 - 12:41 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Turkish Foreign Minister's statement on soonest normalization of Armenian-Turkish relations was welcome, Armenian senior official said. "But these are merely statements while our position is unchangeable: we are ready for talks without preconditions," RA Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian said when responding to a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter's question during today's press conference. Turkish Foreign Minister said earlier in Washington that his country intends to build normal relations with Armenia within shortest terms. Azerbaijani authorities report that they have already resettled 3,000 people in the Nagorno-Karabakh town of Stepanakert. On June 10, Azerbaijani President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev will leave for Turkey on a working visit. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev arrived in Moscow on April 22 to hold talks with Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin.
