The meeting was held at the Ministry of Defense administrative complex, the ministry reported. Asryan delivered remarks emphasizing the importance of operational preparedness for senior military leadership. During the assembly, Defense Minister Suren Papikyan spoke about ongoing reforms in the armed forces and addressed regional security issues. Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, who also took part in the gathering, underlined the need for the army’s continued modernization and consistent reform efforts. Grigoryan added that the situation around the world and particularly in the region is very difficult. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire.
