Armenian, Georgian ministers discuss transport cooperation![]() November 20, 2025 - 11:23 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian Minister of Economy Gevorg Papoyan met with Georgian Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development Mariam Kvrivishvili in Tbilisi to discuss cooperation in the fields of transport and logistics, Papoyan announced on his official Facebook page. The discussion addressed both bilateral and regional opportunities for collaboration. In addition to transport, the ministers exchanged views on several other issues related to the two countries' economic agendas. Deputy Minister of Economy of Armenia Arman Khojoyan also attended the meeting. Yerevan has dismissed Turkey’s demand to shut down the Armenian nuclear power plant as “inappropriate”. Armenia will loan 2.9 billion drams to Nagorno Karabakh (Artsakh), according to a draft government decision. The Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of Azerbaijan has “strongly condemned” Armenia’s decision.
