Armenia will celebrate liberation of Gregory the Enlightener from the pit of condemned to death

PanARMENIAN.Net - Tomorrow, on June 13, Armenia will celebrate liberation of Gregory the Enlightener from the pit of condemned to death.



In connection with the event, Gregory the Enlightener's relics were moved to Holy Etchmiadin's Cathedral.



Forefeast ceremony was held, attended by All Armenian Catholocos Garegin II.



During ceremony, pilgrims were blessed with holy relics.



Tomorrow, St. Gregory the Enlightener's relics will be taken to Khor Virap, where the Saint Liturgy will be served.
