Pashinyan underscored that digital transformation is a key strategic direction for the Armenian government. Taavi Kotka presented the activities of his company, along with digital initiatives and programs carried out in various European countries. He discussed principles of digital policy, tools, and opportunities, and expressed readiness to deepen cooperation with Armenian partners.
