EBRD grants €96.4M loan to Armenia for tourism

PanARMENIAN.Net - The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) will provide Armenia with a €96.4 million loan to implement a tourism and regional infrastructure development program.

The total value of the project is €120.5 million, with the bulk, €96.4 million, financed through the EBRD loan. The remaining €24.1 million will be covered by the Armenian government as co-financing, according to Aysor.am .

The loan agreement between Armenia and the EBRD was signed on July 22–23, 2025.
