Simonyan says 3,833 killed in 2020 war

PanARMENIAN.Net - Speaker of Armenia’s National Assembly, Alen Simonyan, stated on Facebook that 3,833 people were killed during the 44-day war in 2020.

“According to official data, the war resulted in 3,833 deaths, including 78 civilians and 3,755 servicemen,” Simonyan wrote.

He added that the whereabouts of 191 individuals remain unknown, among them 172 servicemen and 19 civilians.

“Eternal glory to our martyrs,” he concluded.
