  Mirzoyan visits Luxembourg for talks, document signing December 16, 2025 - 11:18 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - On December 16, Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan is in Luxembourg on a working visit, according to Foreign Ministry spokesperson Ani Badalyan. The visit includes a scheduled meeting with Luxembourg’s Foreign Minister Xavier Bettel, during which a bilateral document will be signed. Mirzoyan traveled to Luxembourg from Brussels, where he took part in a meeting with foreign ministers of European Union member states. During that session, he delivered remarks on current Armenia–EU cooperation and emphasized the importance of progress on visa liberalization. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire.
