RA to exempt some Chinese goods from customs duties![]() December 18, 2025 - 16:40 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - From November 17, 2025, to November 17, 2030, Armenia will exempt certain Chinese goods from import customs duties, according to a newly adopted government decision. Under Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) regulations, Armenia is granted an annual quota of 250 tons for duty-free imports of pigments and preparations originating in China that contain titanium dioxide with a dry substance mass of 80% or more. The decision ensures the implementation of the EAEU Collegium’s ruling from October 14, 2025. Yerevan has dismissed Turkey’s demand to shut down the Armenian nuclear power plant as “inappropriate”. Armenia will loan 2.9 billion drams to Nagorno Karabakh (Artsakh), according to a draft government decision. The Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of Azerbaijan has “strongly condemned” Armenia’s decision.
