Wizz Air to launch Yerevan–London flights in 2026

PanARMENIAN.Net - Wizz Air has announced the launch of direct flights between Yerevan and London starting June 12, 2026. The flights will operate twice a week—on Mondays and Fridays—from Zvartnots International Airport to London Luton Airport.

According to Armenia’s Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure, tickets are available on wizzair.com and via the mobile app, starting from $48.99.

“We highly value the launch of direct flights between Yerevan and London. This is a key step in expanding connectivity between Armenia and the UK. Today’s event reflects the Armenian government's continued aviation development policy. I am confident this new route will offer more opportunities to citizens and contribute to tourism growth. We will keep supporting initiatives that enhance transport accessibility and international cooperation,” said Minister Davit Khudatyan.

Anastasia Nowak, Wizz Air’s Head of Corporate and ESG Communications, called the route another important milestone in the airline’s growing presence in Armenia’s aviation market.
