Vardanyan’s Baku trial postponed due to health issues

PanARMENIAN.Net - The Baku Military Court has postponed the December 26 hearing in the case against former Artsakh State Minister Ruben Vardanyan, following a motion by the defense, reports Minval.az .

Vardanyan’s attorney Emil Babishov requested the delay due to his client’s health issues. The court reviewed and granted the motion.

The next session has been scheduled for December 30.

According to Zara Amatuni, spokesperson for the ICRC’s Armenia office, International Committee of the Red Cross delegates visited all detained Armenian individuals in Azerbaijan on December 24 and 25. The visiting team included a physician.
