The notices were issued by the Department for Confiscation of Illegally Originated Property and published on the Azdarar website on December 30. However, the deadline listed in the notices was December 27. The notice states: “Pursuant to Articles 16 and 17 of the RA Law on the Confiscation of Illegally Originated Property, we inform you that a review is being conducted concerning property in your possession at the RA Prosecutor General’s Office’s department for confiscation of illegally acquired assets. A preliminary summary of the review’s findings has been prepared. You have the right to appear at the department (Yerevan, Tigran Mets Avenue, 50) within one month from receiving this notice to familiarize yourself with the materials and submit your position regarding the collected data.” Grigoryan added that the situation around the world and particularly in the region is very difficult.
