Near East countries know the price for peace very well, Syrian official said. "Delays in negotiation process have never produced desired results, and we all are well aware of it. Next month, I'll pay a visit to Azerbaijan, and touch upon Karabakh issue during the meeting with President Aliyev. Conflict settlement should be achieved based on all parties' opinions," al-Asad stressed.President Sargsyan noted in his turn that their negotiations had focused on regional and international problems, as well as Armenian-Syrian cooperation within international organizations. ![]() ![]() Azerbaijani authorities report that they have already resettled 3,000 people in the Nagorno-Karabakh town of Stepanakert.
