U.S. envoy, Armenian deputy PM highlight TRIPP project

PanARMENIAN.Net - Deputy Prime Minister of Armenia Mher Grigoryan met with U.S. Ambassador Kristina Kvien, who is concluding her diplomatic mission in Armenia.

During their meeting, they discussed regional developments and jointly emphasized the importance of implementing the TRIPP project.

On behalf of himself and the government, Grigoryan thanked the ambassador for her efforts during her tenure and her contribution to the consistent development of Armenia–U.S. relations. He wished her continued success and noted that she will always be considered a friend of Armenia.

Ambassador Kvien, in turn, expressed gratitude to the deputy prime minister for the effective and constructive cooperation.

Earlier, it was reported that the administration of former U.S. President Donald Trump was recalling ambassadors and senior diplomats from nearly 30 countries, including Armenia.
