Armenian budget revenues rise 11.9% in 2025![]() February 3, 2026 - 10:59 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - State budget revenues and expenditures in Armenia grew in 2025 compared to the previous year, according to a summary on macroeconomic developments released by the Ministry of Finance. Between January and December 2025, state budget revenues totaled AMD 2.886 trillion, marking an 11.9% increase over 2024, Armenpress reports. Tax revenues accounted for AMD 2.7252 trillion, which represents a 14% rise compared to 2024. Expenditures also grew. Budget spending from January to December reached AMD 3.3053 trillion, an 11.8% increase from the previous year. Yerevan has dismissed Turkey’s demand to shut down the Armenian nuclear power plant as “inappropriate”. Armenia will loan 2.9 billion drams to Nagorno Karabakh (Artsakh), according to a draft government decision. The Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of Azerbaijan has “strongly condemned” Armenia’s decision. Kerobyan has said that for the first time in the history of Armenia, the volume of foreign direct investments amounted to about $1 billion. Partner news |
