Once a decision is made, it will be announced publicly. Commenting on the potential unification of opposition forces, Sargsyan emphasized the complexity of such a process, as reported by Sputnik Armenia. “I wish it would happen, but events show that unifying the opposition is a difficult task. And I’m not talking about running on a single electoral list but we’ll see,” he said. Parliamentary elections in Armenia are scheduled for June 2026. Grigoryan added that the situation around the world and particularly in the region is very difficult. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan took to social media to thank his Lithuanian counterpart for the contribution.
