Traffic restrictions scheduled in Yerevan on Feb 9–10

PanARMENIAN.Net - Due to state protocol events planned in Yerevan on February 9–10, traffic restrictions will be implemented on several streets to ensure the safety of participants, the Ministry of Internal Affairs’ police department announced.

On February 9, from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., traffic will be restricted on Baghramyan Avenue, from the intersection with Proshyan Street to the intersection with Moskovyan Street.

On February 9 and 10, at various times, traffic will be restricted in the following areas:

  • Abovyan Street, from the Abovyan–Tumanyan intersection to Republic Square
  • Pushkin Street, from the Pushkin–Koghbatsi intersection to Sakharov Square

“Dear citizens, we apologize for the temporary inconvenience,” the statement reads.

U.S. Vice President J.D. Vance will travel to Azerbaijan the following day.
