Toptan will have talks with Boris Gryzlov, the speaker of the Russian State Duma (lower house); Sergey Mironov; and Vadim Tulpanov, the chairman of the St.Petersburg Legislative Assembly. The Turkish parliament speaker will visit Turkish poet Nazim Hikmet's grave, meet Turkish businessmen and citizens living in Russia; lay a wreath on the Tomb of Unknown Soldier; and visit State Tretyakov Gallery and the Kremlin Palace in the Russian capital of Moscow. Toptan is expected to return to Turkey on June 24, World Bulletin reported.
