Georgy Boos: Armenians greatly contributed to prosperity of Kaliningrad region

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armeniam foreign minister Edward Nalbandian on June 19 met with the governor of Kaliningrad region of Russia Georgy Boos. Greeting the guest, Edward Nalbandian attached importance to deepening cooperation between Russian and Armenian regions. Armenian foreign minister expressed his gratitude to the Russian governor for his efforts aimed at full integration of Armenians into the society, and enabling them to preserve national culture and identity.

In his turn Georgy Boos highly estimated centuries-old friendly relations between Armenia and Russia. He attached importance to involvement of Armenians in the public life of the region, stressing simultaneously that Armenians greatly contributed to prosperity of Kaliningrad region. Interlocutors stressed further deepening of economic relationships between Armenia and Kaliningrad region, RA MFA reports.
