Exports from Armenia halved in the past five monthsJune 19, 2009 - 21:57 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - In the past five months exports from Armenia decreased by 47.8 per cent and totaled 76.4 billion AMD, RA National Statistical Service reports. Meanwhile, compared with the same period of last year the decrease of imports was only 29.9 per cent, so imports reduced to 374.8 billion AMD. As the RA National Statistical Service reports, over January-May of this year Armenia's foreign trade turnover reduced by 33.7 per cent compared with the same period of last year and totaled 451.2 billion AMD.
