  Armenia, Greece sign memorandum in Athens February 18, 2026 - 15:46 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - An official ceremony for the signing of a memorandum of understanding between Armenia and Greece was held at the residence of the President of Greece, the Office of the Armenian President reported. President of Armenia Vahagn Khachaturyan is on an official visit to Greece. Prior to the signing of the memorandum, a formal welcoming ceremony for Khachaturyan took place at the Greek presidential residence. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire.
