President of Armenia Vahagn Khachaturyan is on an official visit to Greece. Prior to the signing of the memorandum, a formal welcoming ceremony for Khachaturyan took place at the Greek presidential residence. Grigoryan added that the situation around the world and particularly in the region is very difficult. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire.
