The document must have been issued within the past 24 months and include all current and previously used names and surnames of the applicant. “A police clearance certificate must be submitted from the applicant’s current country of residence (if residing there for six months or more), from the country of birth (if residing there for six months or more), and from all countries where the applicant has lived for 12 months or more after turning 16,” the statement said.
