Yerevan to switch to 17-hour water supply

PanARMENIAN.Net - Starting May 1, a 17-hour water supply regime will be introduced in Yerevan and the regions, Veolia Water CJSC announced.

According to the company’s 2026 schedule, restrictions will apply to numerous addresses across all 12 administrative districts of the capital — Kentron, Arabkir, Ajapnyak, Malatia-Sebastia, Kanaker-Zeytun, Nor Nork, Nork-Marash, Nubarashen, Davtashen, Avan, Erebuni and Shengavit, Novosti Armenia reports.

From May 1 to September 16, water will be supplied daily from 07:00 to 24:00, amounting to 17 hours per day.

During the rest of the year — from January 1 to May 1 and from September 16 to January 1 — water supply will operate on a 24-hour basis, the company said.

Veolia Water also noted that additional information regarding the shutdown schedule can be obtained through relevant platforms and the company’s official website.
