Flydubai partially cancels March 7–11 flights

PanARMENIAN.Net - Airline Flydubai has partially canceled flights scheduled for March 7–11, with one flight planned per day, the airline’s office in Armenia reported.

Following disruptions to regular flights on February 28, the company operated four direct flights on the Dubai–Yerevan–Dubai route on March 4, 5, and 6, transporting more than 650 passengers from Dubai to Yerevan, Sputnik Armenia reported.

“At this moment, flights starting from March 12 are scheduled to operate according to the regular timetable,” the airline said.

It was emphasized that the Dubai–Yerevan flights were carried out using a safe route developed by the aviation authorities of the United Arab Emirates. The duration of the flight was about six hours one way.

Earlier, travel agencies reported receiving official letters from airlines Air Arabia, Flydubai, and Qatar Airways, informing them about the cancellation of certain flights scheduled for March.

Air Arabia has canceled flights until March 28, Flydubai until March 20, and Qatar Airways until March 15 inclusive.
