Armenia wins nine medals at Para Powerlifting Championships

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenia won nine medals at the European Para Powerlifting Championship across different age groups, the Armenian Paralympic Committee reported.

The Armenian team competed in the tournament with 11 athletes.

Gold medals were won by Artur Babayan, Khoren Tsaturyan, Karine Manukyan, Arevik Melkonyan, Artyom Mukhsiyan, and Tigran Khlghatyan.

Silver medals were secured by Rafael Hamazaspyan, Davit Hunanyan, and Anyuta Petrosyan.

In the competition, Armenia had three representatives in the senior category, seven athletes in the youth category, and one athlete in the junior group.
