According to the minister, 170 individuals were granted conditional early release in 2025, which is 32 more than in 2024. “This year, we already have 40 individuals who have been released. Compared to the same period last year, this is more than 15 additional people,” she added. Grigoryan added that the situation around the world and particularly in the region is very difficult.
