PanARMENIAN.Net - The prosecutor has ruled not to initiate criminal proceedings against Armine Ohanyan, editor-in-chief of the Hraparak daily, the Prosecutor General’s Office said, as reported by Factor.am.

The cited provision stipulates that criminal prosecution cannot be initiated, and ongoing proceedings must be terminated, if the individual did not commit the alleged act.

A few days earlier, Armine Ohanyan had been summoned to the Investigative Committee over an editorial she wrote in the Hraparak daily at the end of 2025.
