The incident occurred several days ago, about 500 kilometers from the Armenian-Iranian Norduz border checkpoint, Sputnik Armenia reports. At the time the shell struck, the truck was parked, and the driver was not inside the vehicle, which helped avoid casualties. The damaged and burned cargo has already been transported to Yerevan, where an assessment of the losses has been carried out. A source from the logistics company said this was the first such incident but did not rule out the possibility of similar occurrences in the future.
