Pashinyan hails Hungary vote results![]() April 13, 2026 - 18:41 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has congratulated Peter Magyar on his victory in Hungary’s parliamentary elections, announcing it in a post on X. “My heartfelt congratulations to Magyar and the Hungarian people. These democratic elections reflect the will of the Hungarian people and their vision for the country’s future,” Pashinyan wrote. Following Hungary’s parliamentary elections, after 98.9% of votes were counted, the opposition Tisza party received 53.7% support and will hold 138 of the 199 seats in parliament. Grigoryan added that the situation around the world and particularly in the region is very difficult. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan took to social media to thank his Lithuanian counterpart for the contribution.
